Before service commencement: If the user requests cancellation, the full payment amount is refunded in principle.

After service commencement: The refund amount is calculated within a reasonable range considering the effort already invested, progress rate, and deliverables provided. Depending on progress, only partial refunds may be available or refunds may be restricted.

After custom consulting, development, or implementation has begun at the user's request, refunds for those portions may be restricted.

4. Cases Where Refunds Are Restricted

Refunds may be restricted or denied in the following cases:

• Service provision was interrupted or could not be completed due to reasons attributable to the user
• Portions corresponding to deliverables or results already provided
• Payment or cancellation requests made with false information or fraudulent methods
• Cases where applicable laws, terms, or contracts restrict refunds

5. Refund Procedure and Timeline

Please submit cancellation/refund requests through the customer center indicated on the website. Providing the order number, payer information, and reason for request will expedite processing.

Once a refund is confirmed, it is generally processed within 3–7 business days through the payment gateway or card company policies, depending on the payment method. The exact timing of deposit/cancellation reflection may vary by payment method and financial institution.

Matters not specified in this policy regarding payment and refunds shall be governed by the Terms of Use and applicable laws.
